An orgasm that is experienced at the same time as taking a dump. This was popularized during the 16th century by the Frank clan of the upper Fecal highlands of Gyvyrydnwrnwydnshire who, out of necessity, had to perform their sexual acts while simultaneously dispensing with their dinners from the night before during long sieges undertaken by invading clans from Creepsville, Pennsylvania.
