It means
1) a great sense of dismay and/or anger.
2) coolness because or rarity.
3) unique; wicked.

when your mad, instead of saying mother f***er you say fricka-fracka

an exclamation of frustration, similar to "damn".
the advantage here is that by the time you've said the whole word, you've either forgotten what has enfuriated you, or you have calmed down again
