to dilly dally. Originated in 1267 by Heinrich Fotz, grandson of Duke Hemliggy Fotz who invented the first lounge chair (probably). Heinrich was known to fotz all day by his peers because he didn't like to play outside with his friends and would rather rest in his grandfathers chair.
