A fog idiot is someone that's such a friggin' idiot, they can't pick up on the simplest of concepts. Almost like everything they do is slowed down and painful, similar to driving in fog. You can't see shit, can't drive anywhere fast and its annoying to deal with. Friends don't let friends be fog idiots.
