When you don't know how to describe something because of your ADHD so you make up words that oddly make sense.
My family and I went clamming and I was digging around when a clam fucking killed my finger and I yelled "Foeg!". yeah... after that my dad continued to to say "Its a boy!" when it, um, never mind you know.
