Fluffy vw or sometimes known as vern wei is a rather large form of a person. Vern weis love RC helicopters and what not. They often have very large frizzy hair that cannot be thinned or straightened and therefore will often be nicknamed 'fluffy'. They also enjoy using chinese vulgars ALL THE TIME and also claim to be very 'smart' but always end up embarassing themselves. Some fluffy vws are also known as the rare species of hamster 'water hamster.'
