Refers to the level of attractiveness of a potential sex partner. A person whom most everyone deems attractive and highly sought after. It is the opposite of a free agent. There are usually serveral factors that make a person so highly sought after. The most common of which is physical prowess such as physical endowments such as large breasts or penis. Other factors include money, social status and sexual aptitude. Assessments of this nature tend to lead to the beholder to pursue said person on some level whether it be casual sex or eventual dating. Usually used by college or professional athletes (football,basketball, etc.) as it relates to their respective sports' draft.
