2
Someone who proclaims to have an all-encompassing knowledge of filmmaking but whose main personality traits are making 4 hour long YouTube videos about why The Last Jedi was worse than the Holocaust and shitting on Ghostbusters 2016. The Film Bro (correctly) dislikes the cynicism present in both films, but wastes everyone’s time by reminding us that it's shit years after it was fashionable, often in a long-winded and repetitive fashion.
Mark, my self proclaimed "Film Bro" friend, claims to be a true cinephile, but when we hang out all he talks about is how Rian Johnson is evil incarnate. He's never actually asked me and the boys if we could go see a movie, either.

4
A term commonly used to describe male filmmakers that view themselves as the next Steven Spielberg while being inherently sexist and culturally offensive. Their ancestry consists of Ben Affleck, Casey Affleck, Matt Damon, Harvey Weinstein, Woody Allen, Alfred Hitchcock, Quentin Tarantino, etc. Film bros will never be as successful as their predecessors and will most likely die before they gain an ounce of self-awareness.
