A boy or man who take the charge(s) for other boys or men in his circle that are usually in a higher ranking status.

When 2 people, usually men, go out to do crime and get caught one if them has to take the fall/charge(s).

Fall-boys are usually in the lower ranks in a circle of higher ranking men. And will never move up, they usually just stay the fall-boy.

A fall-boy can be women but usually it's men.
