When homie/homegirl* number 1 makes an opinionated statement that homie/homegirl number 2 agrees with wholeheartedly and shows so by saying '"facts." The opinion is usually, but not always, widely agreed upon by many others not in the conversation. Note that it is NEVER an actual fact.
