FPE is the intense enthusiasm one has after finally getting one of their definitions published on "Urban Dictionary" (which is usually preceded by numerous failing attempts and "Sorry, --- was not published" e-mails)
It is frequently followed by the melancholy of noticing that nobody has viewed the definition and the only thumbs up it's got is the one the writer gave themselves right at that moment (See: First Publication Disappointment)

A: Hey, hey, I just checked my e-mail, UD finally published my definition of !@#!#, let's see how much of the world agree with me.
A's Alter Ego: Don't have the "First Publication Excitement" just yet, no one cares.
A: Stop being such a mood-killer. I hate you!
A's Alter Ego: Alright, but you're gonna get first-publication-disappointed soon... btw, I AM YOU!

The highest level of excitement; it is often expressed with words or phrases like “full on” and “all the way.” Shouts of exclamation may accompany, creating laughter that is indecipherable from sobbing.
“TRIPLE rainbow excitement” is extremely rare and could cause you to spontaneously combust.

When I kissed Shannon goodnight for the first time I ran home jumping and yelling. That was some full-on double rainbow excitement, man!

The USA, called this way in reference to American hysteria, which makes people freak out all the time and do stupid stuff like suspecting and imprisoning anyone of being a communist, go to war without even a good reason or just going around going batshit and yelling "DOOOMED, WE'RE DOOOOMED!!". True story.
Canadians are now calling us the "Excited States of America" since all we seem to do is take erectile dysfunction drugs and go to town hall meetings and scream.

Level of excitement that meets or exceeds that of an elementary school student on the day of the Scholastic book order arrival. Often coupled with great anticipation.
I just bought $5000 worth of stuff through Amazon, which should arrive next monday. I am book order excited.

When you're too excited to type in misspelled words to the point where you just simply hit the caps lock key and hit any letter you'd please. This is generally done very fast and it is an easy to get across "Hey, I'm excited and I have no idea what to say.
Usually it is used by fangirls to express love over a specific character in an anime or a video game
Also it occasionally starts or ends with a word.

The uncomprehendable words the second person was saying is an example of over-excitement typing
