The "European" look associated with the sophisticated European style of clothing. The idea that Europeans dress better is a stereotype that Americans have about Europeans. Some woman like the "euro look" because they believe that European men are well dressed, sophisticated, romantic and exotic.

girl: they all dress so much better than the American men and they're way more sophisticated too.
