A new thing in Windows XP for the user to have the option of sending in the error to Microsoft. It is said to be useless and annoying, but in future years(3-5) Theres errors will be programmed and used to help...but they have no effect on the programs right now.
To disable these annoying things, go to Control Panal>Performance and Maintenance>System>Advanced>Error Reporting>Check 'Disable error reporting.'
Or you may just right click the My Computer icon and go to Properties>Advanced>Error Reporting>Disable

User Too Stupid error. Code the techies use when talking to non-techies when fixing an 'easy' technical PC problem.
Hello help desk, I cannot find the 'any key' and my computer is locked. Sounds like that is a chair to interface UTS error, try pressing a key and see what happens.

Id10T error is a common term used by the IT helpdesk to describe an error on a users confuser.
After repeatedly attempting to help the user fix a confuser glitch, the IT personnel will give up in frustration and claim the error is an “Id 10 T” error and the user needs to contact Microsoft support.
