A designated episode where all the misunderstanding happens to all the couples and the only thing fans/viewers can say is WTF.
This mostly relates to Asian dramas (South Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Thai). But can also apply to shows from other countries.

a lohan episode is when skinny and/or anorexic girl says a thing like "im not thin!" named for a magazine article in which lohan stated (in her present form) that there are a lot of girls out there who are thinner than she and that she's not that thin. yeah right.
one time i heard this ridiculously skinny girl say "im really not very thin!" she was really having a lohan episode

1.The final nail in the coffin of the terrible prequel to Star Wars.
2. To ruin a perfectly good trilogy with a special-effects, bluescreen-ridden, horrible cast selection prequel.
