Lifting a finger to pay their own way, and cover their own ass, is beyond the pale. This behavior is predominantly prevalent in the United States, occasionally employed by princes, kings, assorted royalty, empirialists, colonialists, conquistadors, the Spanish Inquisition, the Holy Roman Empire, but mostly just prevalent in America.
