Ekoc (pronounced ee-cock) is used to describe someone who drinks a lot of coke (and/or pepsi) and is a total dickhead. You can also used the word 'small ekoc' to describe someone who is like an ekoc but has a small penis.
Guy 1: Dude, you need to cut down on your pepsi intake, it's not good for you.
Guy 2: So what. I'm fine and healthy.
