When you go into a public restroom that people are lining up waiting to use. You have to keep an eye on the dump clock. If someone runs over their allotted time, you bust the door down and scold them about minding the dump clock.
Bill - I have to go take a dump.
Bobby - Keep an eye on the dump clock.
