A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

To be drunk in body but not in mind. When you are drunk but only realize you are drunk when you go to do something (ie go to the bathroom) and find you cant put two steps together but still know how drunk you must be to be not able to walk from point a to point b.
Even though i was druber it still took me 5 min to get the key in the door to open it. My arm just did not want to do what i told it.
