The Drankies much like the Drunchies, occurs when a person is super drunk and suddenly very hungry. Basically the equivolent of getting the munchies when one smokes weed.

Dranky Face is a face made while drunk - usually involves sticking out the tongue and various hand gestures.
Did you see Jeremy's photos on Facebook from the party last night? He always makes that dranky face.
