someone who is slightly more annoying than your average "joe douchebag" and has need for a more insulting insult, because the nozzle of the douche actually goes into the skanky, nasty pussy, so therefore calling someone a douchenozzle is way worse!

Someone who makes douches appear less douchee. An individual that is such a douche that a greater descriptive word is needed to describe them. Thankfully because douchenozzle exists there is still a meaning to the word douche that can be thrown around freely (ex calling a random idiot a douche).

note: please use the word douchenozzle sparingly because otherwise you will be a douchenozzle and the rest of us will have to create a new word to define those who are more of a douche than a douche and a douchenozzle.

A douche nozzle is a person who can't handle social situations without his douche bag sidekicks. He bumps into you and speaks louder than normal because he thinks his douche nozzle presence is so important. Douche nozzles and bags travel together because they both must exist for douching to occur.
