Its origin is unknown, but its most notable use is in the context of a short YouTube video (called "Spongebob is dorsepilled") of a schizophrenic rant in which a Spongebob voice AI is used to detail wild and confusing topics. According to most of the coherent content, Spongebob is telling the viewer of a dark and dystopian world in which schizophrenics like himself are targeted by, "the glowing cyber CIA sissy nigger police," among other shady and violent groups.
