Angie is a poor student, unable to remain focused. Angie fills time in the classroom surfing the web,speaking out of turn about things totally unrelated to the subject at hand and ignoring pleas to be quiet. Angie walks in and out of the room whenever the urge strikes. Generally being disruptspectful.

The committee commenced blamestorming over the situation rather than seeking solutions to the problem.
