Short for dip-shiet, which is short for dip-shit. Someone who is a dip-shit or does something dumb. Can also be used in the context of son of a dippey or dippeyland.
Meredith was shitfaced and threw up in the cab just 30 seconds before arriving back home. She had to pay a $85 fee. Meredith is a dippey.
