While the term was coined by Rose McGowan in context of the #MeToo movement, and is mostly associated with the K-pop community, the phenomenon is universal and a basic component of how culture works.

A form of extreme depression that is expressed through a melodic manner similar to the "song" Despacito. Those affected will make fun of it as they get closer and closer to the pitch blackness of the void.
