Frequently contains, Wellbutrin, Seroquil, Effexor, Benydryl, Ambien, Zoloft, Lithium and basically anything inmates can get. It’s ground into powder and snorted like Cocaine or Heroine. Usually referred to as The Cocktail in delco.
