A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

DDF or Daily Dose of Frank
(Original - Dnevna doza Franje (Croatian))
For when you have a friend in group who just has random outbursts of unrelated, fairly stupid comments or jokes and after a while you become used to it and call such phenomenon - DDF.
It's also appliable for when someone else has stupid remark and you call it DDF in respect to Franjo, the ultimate redneck.
(in original his name is Franjo which is croatian for Frank - and therefore "Daily Dose of Frank")
