Darling Star also known as D.Star, is one of the main character in "A Legends Journey" anime. From his 80's style talk and actions he is considered to be one of the strongest among the top 5. That being "Darling", "D", "Mina", "D.Shine", "D.Star" & "Merca". D.Star is also considered to be apart of the main "Star Clan" family which consist of "Darling", "D", "Mina", "D.Shine", "D.Star", "Merca", "D.Franxx", "Kamina", "Grey", "Ashuda", "D.D", "Spot", & "Max". Darling, being the leader of the clan but, D being the strongest. Although, it is quite debatable on who is the strongest, after all Darling is able to completely erase existence it's self if he so chooses which, everyone in the clan can except for the kids. There are only 5 females within the clan "D.D", "Ashuda", "Mina", "D", & "Merca".

D.Star is also married to Merca, with D.D and Franxx being there kids. The others being the children of Darling and D, "Kamina", "Grey", "Ashuda", "Spot", & "Max". However, only "Kamina", "Grey", "Ashuda" being the strongest out of the group and "Ashuda" being the strongest child on Darling's side of the family. D.Star, D, and Darling being brothers and sister whilst, D.Shine, Mina, & Merca being married into the family.

D.Star's most common phrase is "The name's Star, D.Star and don't you ever forget it darlin" or "If you're pickin a fight with the stars you're pickin a fight with me." or "The name's Star, D.Star and i'm the brightest star you'll ever see."

Darling in the Franxx is my personal favorite anime, but the ending is very depressing and made me very sad. As it is described: "The survivors of a catastrophic war against monsters cluster inside mobile fortress cities and train youngsters to defend humanity by piloting large battle robots called Franxx." The characters in the show are called "parasites" since they were made and developed in a lab. The characters in the show also go by codes/codenames since names are no longer needed in this "timeline" that they are in.
