Originally intended to refer to something tasty to eat, but is often used as a positive adjective like awesome, great, cool, etc..

"Snacks" alone can be used as a modifier or emphasis; e.g. "dope snacks," "stoked snacks," "sleepy snacks."

If not being used to modify another word, "snacks" alone is a synonym for "good thing."
Original usage: "I've got the munchies, I could go for some dank snacks"

As a positive adjective: "I can't wait to see this movie, I heard it's dank snacks" or "Hey congrats on passing, that's dank snacks as hell" or simply as an exclamation "dank snacks!!!!"

As a modifier/emphasis (primarily positive, can be negative): "Dude thank you, I'm stoked snacks about it" or "I think I'm gonna head out soon, I'm a lil sleepy snacks" or "What the hell, that was lame snacks"

Snacks alone: "Whoa, that's snacks mate, let's do it"

A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem.
