The sound made when someone is "thrown under a bus". It can be used as both an adjective and a verb.

Most two-axle buses result in an initial "dan" noise followed by a "denong" as the rear wheels complete the process.

The origin of the word is the Premier of the State of Victoria in Australia, Dan Andrews. He has refused to take responsibility and publicly states he does not know who makes decisions. To avoid responsibility he threw his health minister under the bus to avoid blame himself. His ministers and public servants have also followed his lead, blaming others to avoid responsibility for the mismanagement of coronavirus outbreaks.

Dandenong is also a suburb in Victoria.

See also, "thrown under the bus".
"The Premier dan-denonged his health minister so he could avoid responsibility for the coronavirus breakout"

"I'm going to dan-denong Bob, otherwise they're going to blame me."
