A relationship between an older gay man and a younger gay man. Daddy-son relationships run the gamut from those based on mutual respect and appreciation to dominant/submissive role playing relationships. Daddy-son relationships are common in the gay community because many gay men are rejected by their natural fathers.
Gay #1: Have you met Jeff's new boyfriend? He's, like, 40. I didn't know he was into the whole daddy-son thing.
