Concentrated THC (the chemical found in marijuana) stored in a disposable cartridge, usually attached to a battery, the youngsters call it a pen. Many teenagers hit these shit boxes daily and 90% of the time have no idea what they are inhaling or how it's going to give them some lung disease 15 years down the line.
