To say "Ok, Let's cut some cake" and then immediately, and in slow motion say, "Cut some cake". To properly cut some cake, one must hold a cake knife and be able to alter time into a slow-motion state to repeat one's self. Vomitting upon the cake is mandatory.

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
