The name of a type of nose; the nose hooks slightly inwards at the end, the nose can we wide or thin. Instead of being straight it cures outwards and hooks at the end.
Anna: You have a crow nose
Dave: Whats a crow nose?
Anna: A nose that hooks at the end a bit like Cheryl Cole's
