This is a saying for crazy marijuana or other drugs. The crikky means crazy and the nikky stands for whatever drug you have. Most often when a dealer has laced weed or coke it's called crikky nikky.
My boy picked up some crikky nikky last night from his boy up north. Damn that shit was ridiculous, I'm still high a day later.
