Covfefe is an invented word by sitting US President Donald Trump. No one really knows what he tried to mean, maybe he intended to state coffee, but it came out as a "Snafu". See snafu for definition.
You can use your imagination and use it "at will", just like it has been invented by the 45th President of the US.
