When one certain girl is screwed over big time by one certain boy (who may or may not have the name Mike Couch). Can be applied to many different situations, but always results in a not so smitten girl and a douche-bag boy who doesn't even know what's going on.

To be couched is when someone hugs you while sitting on a couch, and during the embrace this person leans back into the couch. Thus, you will receive a face full of couch cushion, and lack the ability to breathe momentarily.
When I hugged Yost, he couched me in the face.
"Are you hungry?"
"No"
"Why?"
"Because I just ate a mouthful of couch!"
"Are you hungry?"
"No"
"Why?"
"Because I just ate a mouthful of couch!"

When you are on the phone and lying down on the couch talking to your friend. He asks you if you want to go out? you don't even want to move off the couch, so you tell your friend you are couched.
