White Colombians are very common, unlike most latin americans who tend to have indian and dark traits , people might be a little surprised with the ammount of white Colombians, mostly in big cities like Medellin, Cali and the capital city: Bogotá.
Colombains aren't Mexicans, nor Peruvians, nor Guatemalans and so on. Therefore Colombians aren't necessarily brown or have similar looks as their Latin American counterparts.
