Food, almost exclusively of the vegetarian, vegan, and healthful variety, which is bland, tasteless, and visually unappealing. Otherwise good food can become co-slop because it is cooked in too large a quantity or incorrectly seasoned. Co-op slop is frequently the product of inexperienced, untalented hippy chefs cooking for the other residents of a co-op or commune.
