A person who ruins your buzz on a night out (wether it be chemcially assisted or not). A uni-sex term for someone who seems to demand attention but who doesnt return anything to the group dynamic.

If you come to buy a new car and have a trade-in but the trade-in is not present, and you get your boss to do a sight unseen bid with the salesmen's misrepresented facts about the car and he gives the customer $2,000. Then when the trade-in shows up it is in bad shape, dosen't run and is worth $500. The boss has just been "ec-cled"
