A chungusman, is the real-life use of the word chungus, where someone who is currently being an all mighty being above all that is also simultaneously laughing uncontrollably like a pedophile just did something so incomprehensibly idiotic and moronic that they have transfused their soul to become an awesome and hilarious, overweight, god-like, pedophilic rabbit of a mad man.
