The act of taking an amazing dump the morning after your first sober day after a long alcohol binge. In order to ensure that a choice shit is generated, the sober day must involve eating low fat high fiber foods...metamusal and water help this process. The first shit on the following day will be choice as in a choice cut of meat...the best cut.
