when someone has an ashy chin. Also used when someones chin skin is dry, flakey, and/or peeling.

The physical after-effects of facial soreness that results from a long snog with a guy who has not recently shaved his face.

After smootching him for hours last night, I had so much chin-chap that my face felt raw!
