Chicken and a Dickin' is to perform anal to another person whilst they proceeds to consume some form of chicken fast food (kfc, nuggets etc.). The person performing the anal can also consume chicken produce but it isn't necessary.
We ordered some chicken take away and they decided to have a chicken and a dickin' to pass the time.
