a term used by small town white girls that are (despite their suburban upbringing) somehow incredibly hood, to let someone know that said white girl is going to call a black guy from the projects with an AK-47 and have said black guy do bodily harm to whomever she is pissed at. best if used in conjunction with the smashing of offender's phone.
