You get "bus fucked" when the bus leaves the station a couple minutes too early or just before you get there and you're left to wait for the next one.

a metaphor / figure of speech..
when you've been fucked by something as big as a bus, your ass will never get back to normal.. hence 'bus-fucked' because there's no way back from that..
