An employee of a school district that is, despite his / her title as an educator, less concerned with education than making friends with students. Buddy teachers have no classroom management, assign little or no work, watch a lot of movies, and allow students to call them by their first names. Extreme buddy teachers buy alcohol for, host parties for, lie to parents for, or even date their older students.

A person who doesn't realize they are transgender yet, or is in denial; an undeveloped transgender person. When they realize, it's referred to as the "egg cracking."
