A phrase used twice a year when one requests something from his close male friends, who in turn cannot deny him based on the sole principal that you have been "boys" for a very long time. Request must be reasonable.

A person who doesn't realize they are transgender yet, or is in denial; an undeveloped transgender person. When they realize, it's referred to as the "egg cracking."
