Top definition
A progressive with no personal interest in progressive policy, called "boutique" for three reasons:
(1) progressivism is a fashion accessory to them
(2) they concern troll marginalized people by calling their human rights "boutique issues"
(3) they are unnecessary and probably do more harm than good
Boutique progressives are closely related to brogressives, the Bill Mahers and Sargon of Akkads of the world.
