The boston fishhook is the opposite of the shocker. Instead of two in the pink and one in the stink, the performer will place two in the stink and one in the pink. It is even more shocking than the shocker.
My girlfriend enjoys the boston fishhook more than the shocker. Her asshole is very loose because of this procedure.
