Noun. (büblâr) The term used to call someone who is new to a game, school, clan, sport, city, etc. or a very, very stupid. This is a variation of "nooblar" which derives from the word "noob" which derives from the word "newb" which derives from the word "newbie" meaning a new person to a game, sport, school, city, etc., or just a stupid or gay person.
